Privacy Policy

    Effective October 6, 2026

    1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Effective date: October 6, 2026. Last updated: October 6, 2026.

Think Loud Studios, LLC ("Think Loud Studios," "we," "us," or "our") is a creator network, live commerce agency, recording studio, and certified TikTok Shop partner located at 210 York Street, York, Pennsylvania 17403.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you:

    • visit thinkloudstudios.com, thinkloud.studio, or any of our subdomains, including stay.thinkloudstudios.com and merch.thinkloudstudios.com (together, the "Site");
    • submit an inquiry, application, booking, or order;
    • work with us as a creator, brand, seller, studio client, or guest;
    • authorize our Think Loud Triage application or our TikTok Shop partner account to access your TikTok Shop data (the "App"); or
    • otherwise communicate with us.

The Site, the App, and the services we provide through them are the "Services." By using the Services you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Separate written agreements with creators, brands, sellers, and studio clients may contain additional privacy terms. Where a written agreement conflicts with this policy, the written agreement controls for that relationship.

    2. Information we collect

    Information you give us

    • Contact and business details: your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, mailing address, and the content of your message when you send an inquiry, request a studio session, or contact us. The inquiry form on our Agency page opens your own email application, so your message reaches us as an email.
    • Creator information: when you apply to the Think Loud creator network or work with us as a creator, your name, email, phone number, TikTok username and other social handles, audience statistics, content categories, location, age confirmation, and, once you join, the payment and tax information needed to pay you. Payment and tax details are collected through our payment providers and are not stored on the Site.
    • Brand and seller information: business name, contact names, shop identifiers, product and campaign details, and billing information.
    • Stays and merch: when you register as a guest at stay.thinkloudstudios.com we collect your name, contact details, check-in code, stay dates, your preferences, a verification of your government ID, your signature on the house rules and guest documents, and payment details for incidentals and amenity rentals, which are processed by Square. We never store your full card number. When you claim gear at merch.thinkloudstudios.com we collect your invite code, name, email, shipping address, and sizes, and staff who manage the portal hold an account with their name and work email.
    • Communications: emails, text messages, voicemails, call notes, and recordings of calls or video sessions when we tell you we are recording.
    • Content you provide: photos, video, audio, testimonials, and other material you submit or that is captured during studio sessions, live streams, or events at our campus.

    Information we collect automatically

    • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type and identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
    • Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 5.

Information we receive from TikTok, other platforms, and partners

    • TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE: when a seller authorizes the App or appoints us as its TikTok Shop partner, or when a creator joins our network through TikTok, TikTok provides us data within the scopes that were authorized. This may include shop profile and settings, product listings, order and fulfillment data, customer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers and order notes needed to fulfill and support orders, affiliate and commission data, and creator performance and LIVE analytics.
    • Other platforms: similar data from Whatnot, Amazon Live, eBay Live, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook when you connect those accounts or when we manage campaigns on them.
    • Brands, agencies, and partners: information about creators or campaigns shared with us for a collaboration.
    • Service providers: analytics, fraud prevention, and identity verification results.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as financial account credentials, precise geolocation, or health information, except government ID verification for overnight guests, which we keep only as long as needed to verify the stay, and the tax identification numbers and bank details needed to pay creators and vendors, which are collected through our payment providers.

    3. How we use information

    We use personal information to:

    • Provide the Services: respond to inquiries, review creator applications, onboard creators and brands, manage campaigns, run live streams, book studio sessions and stays, fulfill merchandise orders, and pay creators and vendors.
    • Operate the App and our TikTok Shop partner services: set up and manage storefronts, review and triage orders, manage listings, fulfillment, returns and customer service on behalf of sellers who authorize us, and report performance back to those sellers.
    • Communicate with you: send service messages, confirmations, invoices, campaign briefs, schedules, and support responses.
    • Market our Services: send newsletters, creator opportunities, event invitations, and promotions, subject to your choices in Section 6.
    • Improve the Services: understand how the Site and App are used, test features, and fix problems.
    • Protect the Services and our community: verify identity, prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and enforce our Terms of Service and platform rules.
    • Comply with law: meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
    • Create content: produce, edit, and publish photos, video, and audio from studio sessions, live streams, and events, in line with the release or agreement you signed.

We use TikTok Shop seller and customer data only to provide services to the seller who authorized us, in line with that seller's instructions, this policy, and TikTok's partner and developer terms. We do not use seller or customer data for our own marketing, do not combine it with data from other sellers for profiling, and do not sell it.

We may use information that no longer identifies you, such as aggregated campaign statistics, for any purpose.

    4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share TikTok Shop seller or customer data with anyone other than the parties below. We share personal information with:

    • Service providers that work for us under contract and may use the information only to provide their service: cloud hosting and databases (Vercel and our managed database provider, United States), email and productivity tools (Google Workspace), project management (ClickUp), scheduling, e-signature, payment and payroll processors, accounting, analytics, customer support, and security vendors.
    • TikTok and other platforms: TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, Whatnot, Amazon Live, eBay Live, and similar platforms receive information needed to operate storefronts, affiliate programs, creator networks, and live streams, under those platforms' own privacy policies.
    • Brands and sellers: if you are a creator, we share your name, handles, audience statistics, content, and campaign performance with the brands and sellers you are matched with or work for. If you are a seller, we share order and fulfillment information with the carriers, warehouses, and creators involved in your campaigns.
    • Payment and fulfillment partners: Square processes guest payments, Printify produces and ships merchandise claimed through our merch portal, and carriers and warehouses receive names and shipping addresses to deliver merchandise and seller orders.
    • Our affiliates: companies under common ownership with Think Loud Studios, including Think Loud Talent LLC, for the purposes described in this policy.
    • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, insurers, and auditors where needed.
    • Legal and safety: government authorities, courts, platforms, or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Think Loud Studios, our creators, our clients, or the public.
    • Business transfers: a buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
    • With your direction or consent: for example when you ask us to introduce you to a brand or tag you in content.

Some state privacy laws treat the use of advertising cookies or pixels on a website as "sharing" or "targeted advertising." If our Site uses such tools, you can opt out as described in Sections 5 and 7.

    5. Cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies on the Site to keep it working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand which campaigns bring people to us. The types we use are:

    • Strictly necessary: required for the Site to load, stay secure, and remember choices such as a cookie banner response. These cannot be switched off.
    • Analytics: tools such as Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics that tell us which pages are visited, from where, and on what devices. Google Analytics data is subject to Google's privacy policy, and you can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
    • Advertising and social media: pixels such as the TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel that measure the results of our advertising and may be used to show you relevant content on those platforms. These may be treated as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws.
    • Embedded content: videos, maps, booking widgets, and social feeds from third parties that may set their own cookies.

Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site may stop working. You can opt out of advertising cookies through the opt-out link in our footer, through the industry tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org, and through the ad settings in your TikTok, Meta, and Google accounts. We honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser as an opt-out of sale or sharing for that browser. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals because no common standard exists.

    6. Email and text message communications

Email. We send service emails about your inquiry, application, booking, order, campaign, or account. We send marketing emails, such as newsletters, creator opportunities, and event invitations, only if you signed up or did business with us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but not service emails.

Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you campaign reminders, go-live alerts, booking confirmations, and occasional offers. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of working with us or buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help, or email privacy@thinkloudstudios.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls. We may call you about your inquiry, application, or work with us. We record calls only when we tell you at the start of the call.

    7. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

    • Know and access the personal information we hold about you, including the categories we collect, where we get it, why we use it, and who we share it with, and receive a portable copy.
    • Correct inaccurate personal information.
    • Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions such as completing a transaction, security, or record-keeping requirements.
    • Opt out of the sale of your personal information, of sharing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, and of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal information. If our Site uses advertising cookies, you can opt out through the footer link, Global Privacy Control, or the tools in Section 5.
    • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We use sensitive information only to provide the Services and as permitted by law.
    • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
    • Appeal a decision we make on your request, if your state provides for an appeal.

How to submit a request. Email privacy@thinkloudstudios.com with the subject "Privacy Request," or write to Think Loud Studios, Attn: Privacy, 210 York Street, York, PA 17403. Tell us which right you are exercising and the email, phone number, or handle you used with us. We will verify your identity by matching the details you give us against our records and may ask for more information if needed. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission and proof of identity. We respond within 45 days, and may extend by another 45 days where permitted, with notice to you. We do not charge for requests unless they are excessive or repetitive.

California residents. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information described in the California Consumer Privacy Act: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet and device activity, approximate geolocation, audio and visual information, professional information, and inferences drawn from them. We collect them from the sources and use and disclose them for the business purposes described in Sections 2 through 4. We have not sold personal information in the past 12 months. If our Site uses advertising cookies, that may count as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out as described above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. California's "Shine the Light" law lets you request a list of third parties to which we disclosed personal information for their direct marketing in the prior year. We do not make such disclosures.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Iowa, Nebraska, Kentucky, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Tennessee, and Rhode Island have similar rights under their state laws and may use the same contact details. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within the time your state law requires.

TikTok Shop customers. If you are a customer of a seller we service, your personal information was collected by that seller and TikTok Shop. We act on the seller's behalf and will forward your request to the seller or TikTok, or act on it under their instructions, within 10 business days.

    8. Data retention, security, children, and international visitors

Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, then delete or anonymize it. Inquiry emails are kept for 2 years. Creator and client records are kept for the length of the relationship plus 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. TikTok Shop seller and customer data is deleted within 30 days after the seller relationship ends or the App authorization is revoked, except records the law requires us to keep. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form. Backups are deleted on their normal rotation of no more than 90 days.

Security. We protect personal information with technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest, multi-factor authentication on business systems, role-based access on a least privilege basis, endpoint protection and full disk encryption on company devices, logging, and a written information security program reviewed at least annually. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information. If we learn of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Children. The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Participation in our creator network requires you to be at least 18, or at least 13 with a parent or legal guardian who signs on your behalf and manages the relationship, in line with TikTok's rules. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email privacy@thinkloudstudios.com and we will delete it.

International visitors. We are based in the United States and store and process information on servers in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country. By using the Services you agree to this transfer. Where the law of your country gives you additional rights, you may exercise them using the contact details in Section 9.
